On September 17, 2018, four crewman ready for an adventure set out to follow the last path of  the Edmond Fitzgerald. This two-day excursion from Superior, Minnesota to Burt Lake, Michigan and back was taken on the Avalon Ambassador. The same 27' pontoon was used on Avalon's Clearwater to Cuba Adventure. From Tuesday, December 9th to Saturday, December 13th of 2014, a small crew of four men set out for a Pacific adventure on an Avalon Ambassador pontoon boat. Three explorers set out on October 16th, 2009 on an Avalon Ambassador pontoon for an adventure of spear fishing and lobster diving. The crew of four started their journey in Key West, Florida and took the 27″ pontoon over 350 miles to Dry Tortugas. The Ambassador was the perfect choice for such an island adventure

On August 16th, 2005, two friends boarded an Avalon Excalibur to make the journey from Chicago, Illinois across Lake Michigan to Mackinaw Island, Michigan.
