Deadline for entry is July 4, 2022 at 11:59 pm EDT. Winner will be contacted via email and telephone provided in the entry form and we will also announce the name and home port of the winner on our website and on social media. Winner will receive (1) 2023 Avalon 2185 Venture Cruise model pontoon boat including all standard features. Winner may add options to that boat, but winner is responsible for paying Avalon’s internet pricing for any added options prior to delivery of the boat to winner. The prize consists of the boat only and does not included a motor, motor controls or a trailer. Subject to availability Avalon will install a motor and motor controls at Avalon’s internet pricing for those items. Only boats registered to operate in a State or Province in the United States or Canada as of June 1, 2022 are eligible for entry. Serial number must be provided to verify the production date of the boat. Must be a US or Canadian Citizen to enter. Proof of ownership and current registration must be presented upon request to be declared the official winner. Employees or Owners of Avalon, any Avalon or Tahoe Dealer and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Only boats that are individually owned and used for recreation are eligible. No boat that has ever been totaled or salvaged is eligible. Date of 50^th Anniversary celebration is Tuesday July 26, 2022.  Avalon will provide the winner and a guest transportation and hotel accommodations for two nights to attend the celebration in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. If the winner cannot make the trip during this time, no substitute compensation will be made. Winner is responsible for any sales, use, income or other taxes or government fees that are or may be due as a result of this give away. Winner is responsible to pay for freight and dealer preparation charges for deliver to winner at an Avalon or Tahoe dealer of winner’s choice.  Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Avalon to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph and videos in Avalon promotional materials including but not limited to Avalon’s website and in social media without additional compensation.  In  the event of any breach of our computers that results in the sending of more than one notice of award we will only be responsible for the award of one boat and we have the absolute right to declare who the one winner is without any right to appeal our decision. Must be 18 or older to win. No entries or notice of winning may be sold, transferred or assigned at any time.
