Avalon & Tahoe to temporarily suspend production due to State of Michigan Executive Order
To our valued Avalon & Tahoe customers –
On March 23, 2020 the State of Michigan Governor, Gretchen Whitmer executed an Executive Order
temporarily suspending all activities that are not necessary to statin or protect life in response to the rise
in COVID-19 cases in our state. This order goes into effect March 24, 2020 at 12:01pm and continues
through April 13, 2020 at 11:59pm. To comply with the States orders, Avalon & Tahoe Mfg., Inc. has
temporarily suspended all production during this time and will continue to monitor the situation until it is
deemed safe to resume production.
At Avalon and Tahoe, we take pride in the quality products we build, in order to continue to manufacture
the best built pontoon on the market we must first keep our employees, their families and our local
community safe. As soon as the Executive Order has been lifted we plan to resume production at full force
and get you and your family out on the water.
For customers who have boats currently in production and want to be kept up to date on the status of
your custom order – we encourage you to reach out to your local dealer. While production has been
suspended, our office staff continues to work remotely to provide the customer service all current and
future owners may need. If you are unable to contact your local dealer at this time, please send an email
to [email protected] and we will help answer any questions you may have.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding during these unprecedented times. We look forward to
resuming production on April 14th.
